Bergecco-Parc Consultants Inc. is a consulting company founded in New Brunswick, NJ in 1999 by a group of Rutgers Graduate Students. The students were hired by the university after their graduate project won a marketing contest for the campus’s ‘Homecoming 2000’ event. The project won over many well-known marketing firms as having the pulse of what university students need to know about the happenings on their campus. The firm has continued to grow, and the headquarters is still in New Brunswick, NJ.

Our Paramus Satellite Corporate Headquarters is located at 80 W Century Road in Paramus, New Jersey- 2,200 square feet of recently renovated office space at $4,400 per month.
This campus offers a highly attractive and flexible office environment suited for a range of professional needs. Recently renovated, the building features modern office suites with
ample on-site parking, ensuring easy access for employees and visitors.
Just minutes from the Garden State Parkway, Route 17, and Route 4, this office space guarantees easy access all major highways in the area.
Overall, this location provides a professional workspace all within one of Bergen County’s most sought-after business districts.

Our Mission
Bergecco-Parc Consulting Inc. has been commissioned by a well-known chef and former musician to recreate a concept he discovered at the Jersey Shore: a small farm-based restaurant serving seasonal breakfast and lunch made from ingredients grown onsite. The location also featured a farmers market and gift shop offering fresh breads, pastries, and locally made jams and jellies. Inspired by this model, he wants to bring a similar restaurant/shop experience to Bergen County.
He has asked Bergecco-Parc Paramus Division to identify potential locations, develop a seasonal menu, plan the entertainment—seeking both English and Spanish performers—and design an engaging Opening Party.

Our Strategy
We have split our members into five separate groups or teams- Each of the five teams created a proposal for the client’s new farm-to-table restaurant. Teams chose a Bergen County location, researched rent, taxes, zoning, and parking, and designed a floor plan for a 25-table restaurant with a small gift shop.
They also developed décor ideas and created a contemporary bilingual logo for “Farmers Market.”
The seasonal menu they each created included five sandwiches, three salads, three soups, four fruit desserts, and eight mocktails. The gift shop featured breads, jams, jellies, pastries, and more!
Pricing for all food and products was provided and planned an Opening Party with a fully costed event plan. They also created a social media strategy and two promo videos (YouTube and TikTok).
